Consider Persevering in the New Year

It’s that time of the year again – when we think about resolutions for the new year. Rather than considering a new list of “to do’s”, I’ve been thinking more about the role of perseverance in our lives, and in the lives of those who accomplish meaningful goals. How Successful Individuals & Healthy Organizations Are Similar

I was privileged to hear Patrick Lencioni speak at the Willow Creek Association Leadership Summit, and I enjoyed reading his excellent book, The Advantage.
