We are pleased to have been able to do some initial research exploring the inter-relationships between the DISC personality styles and how people prefer to be shown appreciation at work, as assessed by the Motivating By Appreciation Inventory . Additionally, we have found that the results from the MBA Inventory, used along with our Appreciation at Work training resources provide valuable complementary training resources for work groups that have already taken the DISC, making the DISC results even more practically useful.
