“In taking our leadership group through the Appreciation at Work training, Dr. White was able to use humor to deliver important business concepts in a way that made us “stop and think”. The session was enjoyable and engaging – so much so that the time went by very quickly. I would recommend having team members take the Motivating By Appreciation Inventory prior to the training (as we did), as doing so helped us relate the content in real-time. Dr. White had a unique way of taking topics some view as “touchy feely” and making them very practical for business workplaces. I would absolutely recommend this training to others – it was great!”
