For those who want join the The 5 Languages of Appreciation Community and use the Appreciation at Work™ training resources as part of their professional services, we have developed a self-paced eLearning certification course and implementation kit. This program is designed to give professional trainers, coaches and consultants the tools and skills necessary to effectively train individuals and groups in the proven principles of The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace.

In the online training course, you will learn from Dr. White on how to lead groups through the Appreciation at Work training effectively, with him giving examples to use and tips to make the training go well.

Certified Facilitators of The 5 Languages of Appreciation at Work

Individual Tutorial

The 5 Languages of Appreciation self-paced eLearning course for individuals (as opposed to small groups) teaches how to apply the five languages to the work setting. The course takes approximately two hours to complete and utilizes short videos, audio narration, visual graphics, quizzes and assessments. The course layout is easy to navigate and intuitive to use. In conjunction with taking the Motivating By Appreciation Inventory, which is included with the course, you will identify the languages of appreciation and specific actions that are most encouraging to you.  This course is often utilized in organization’s HR online training programs.

Onsite Training

Learn How to Increase Employee Engagement & Staff Appreciation

Businesses and organizations may request a training experience tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of their team members. Dr. White and our Appreciation at Work  team are available to conduct individualized, in-person training and consulting for leaders, teams of workers, volunteers, and whole organizations. Our consultation services include, but are not limited to, the following elements:

  • Supplying Appreciation at Work™ training sessions for management and leadership teams.
  • Conducting a “kick-off” presentation for large groups.
  • Providing a complete training process for multiple work groups, including interviews with key leaders, group training sessions, follow-up resources and implementation.
